University-wide policy for all staff enrolled as AHU students.
Ensure appropriate decision-making for staff employee enrollment in academic programs at AHU.
Any staff employee seeking to be admitted in a program where the employee works, serves on related committees, has supervisory responsibilities, or is in the downline of an employee may be deemed to have a conflict of interest. If it is determined that a conflict of interest exists, the employee will not be accepted to that program.
If a staff employee does not have any significant conflict of interest and they matriculate at AHU, they must adhere to all confidentiality standards and neither access nor share other student information that may be accessible to them as an employee.
