Accreditation Decisions Policy

AdventHealth University (AHU) is responsible to keep each Department of Education recognized accrediting body, including SACSCOC, of any change in its status, including the imposition of public sanctions, with one or another agency.

When AHU receives a change of status from one of the accrediting agencies Academic Administration is notified and Academic Administration will notify the Director of Institutional Effectiveness.  The Director of Institutional Effectiveness in consultation with the department chairs and/or Academic Administration will notify the USDOE recognized agencies within thirty (30) days of the change of status.
