Graduation Participation Policy

Participation in the Graduation processional:

• All members of the Administration are required to participate.
• Full-time faculty are required to participate.
• Staff may participate in the processional.
• Adjunct faculty may participate in the processional

Responsibility for participation

• All employees participating in the processional must be in full regalia.
• Employees are required to submit an order for regalia as required by the vendor in a timely manner.
• Regalia orders submitted after the deadline established by the vendor will incur late charges and express shipping fees.
• All late charges and express shipping fees assessed for late submission will be the sole responsibility of the employee.
