Incomplete Policy

  • An Incomplete (I) is assigned when an approved or extenuating personal circumstanceĀ prevents a student, who is passing a course, from completingĀ final assignments and other course requirements by the end of the trimester.
  • Students must request an Incomplete grade in writing from the course instructor prior to the end of the course. The instructor determines whether an Incomplete is appropriate and submits the completed request to the Office of the Registrar with approval from the department chair.
